Most orders are processed within:

2–5 business days for apparel, blankets, mugs, accessories, and home décor

3–7 business days for custom or limited-edition products

Digital items (digital gift cards) are delivered instantly via email


Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated transit time after your order ships:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–12 business days

International: 7–21 business days


Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

Apartment Concierge & Package Locker Deliveries

If your building has a concierge desk, package room, or locker system, carriers may deliver your order:

To the concierge

Into your apartment’s package locker (Luxer One, Amazon Hub, Parcel Pending, etc.)

Into the building’s mail/package room

Using the delivery access code provided by your building


Once the carrier marks the package as Delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve it from:

The concierge desk

The package locker (you will receive a code or notification)

The package room or mailroom


The D’Monai Collection is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or misplaced by apartment concierge or locker systems.

If you cannot locate your package, please check:

Your delivery notifications

Your package locker app

Your building’s office or concierge staff

Neighbors (if applicable)

Split Shipments

Some items are fulfilled from different print partners.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages, even if purchased together.

You will receive separate tracking information for each package.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost packages due to incorrect address entry

Delivery delays caused by carriers


If a package is returned to the printer, reshipment fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier:

The D’Monai Collection is not responsible for loss or theft

Please check your porch, mailbox, building package room, or with neighbors

If delayed, contact the carrier first for updates


We are happy to assist if further support is needed.

International Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may incur:

Import taxes

Customs duties

Additional fees


These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Email us within 7 days of delivery


2. Include your order number and photos


3. We will send a replacement at no extra cost
