Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.


Exchanges

We allow exchanges for the same item in a different size or color if inventory permits.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
